Purple Sprouting Broccoli – Purple Sprouting Broccoli (Brassica oleracea) is an heirloom originally from England. It is a unique broccoli that has been bred to overwinter before producing an unbelievable yield of purple broccoli shoots. The large, bushy plants are cold hardy.

Danvers 126 Carrot – This carrot (Daucus carota) is a dependable no-frills heirloom carrot. It's sweet and crisp for fresh eating and creamy and succulent when roasted or in soups. An archetypal carrot in shape: blocky shoulders; 8-10" steeply tapered roots; bright orange color; strong, tall tops for easy harvesting. Danvers 126 is very adaptable to different soil conditions, producing well even in tighter clay soils.

Buttercrunch Lettuce – This lettuce (Lactuca sativa) is an archetypal butterhead type lettuce with compact heads of mild-flavored, juicy, dark green leaves. Delicious, crisp stems and soft outer leaves melt in your mouth like butter. The full-sized heads are slow to bolt.

Sugar Snap Peas – This pea (Pisum sativum) is a super-sweet snap pea, to which all other snap pea varieties are compared! Tall vines over six feet must be trellised for support. Big yields of three-inch-long pods over a long harvest period. Whole pods can be eaten fresh or cooked. Harvest frequently to prolong production.

Cherry Belle Radish – This radish is an archetypal radish (Raphanus sativus) variety: fast-growing, luscious red round roots one to three inches in diameter with a perfect flavor balance between crisp, sweet, and spicy. Young tops can be stir-fried or added to soups.

Bloomsdale Spinach - A productive heirloom spinach (Spinacia oleracea) that performs well in spring, fall, and even warm winter climates. Dark green, savoy leaves. They can be picked individually or harvested as whole plants. Mature leaves are ideal for cooking, and baby leaves can be used in salad mixes.
