This month we have a recipe that uses Peas. There is evidence that Peas are one of the oldest cultivated vegetables with evidence that they were used as a food source as far back as ancient Egyptian times. Peas are easy to grow but they do not do well in warmer weather. If you are not growing peas this year, you can use frozen or canned peas! Please feel free to share your Pea recipes on our Facebook page too!
