Schubertii Allium

Schubertii allium has large reddish-purple blooms that measure up to 14 inches. The flowers bloom in late spring. This allium will tolerate poor garden soil, and once established, it will naturalize easily. These flowers also look great in a floral arrangement. Hardiness zones 4-10. Receive 2 bulbs in your order. This is a preorder and will be available in early October. 

Planting Instructions:  For best flowering, plant in the fall in full or in a mostly sunny location. Smaller Allium varieties do best planted 4-inches deep and larger varieties do best planted 7-8 inches deep. Plant the bulbs 6-8 inches apart in well-drained soil.
