Persian Berry Iris
This beautiful rebloomer will flower in late spring/early summer and then again in late summer/fall. The flower blooms in shades of lilac and berry shades with a deep tangerine beard. It will grow approximately 3 feet tall. This Iris is easy to grow, is deer and rabbit resistant and drought tolerant once established. Hardiness Zones 3-9. You will receive 1 bulb per order.
Planting: For best flowering, plant in full sun and in well-drained soil. If you allow at least 24 inches between each plant, the iris rhizomes will have enough elbow room for a few years. When planting, barely cover the rhizomes with soil. Water deeply but infrequently during the summer months and fertilize lightly once in early spring, then again one month after flowering.
