Miami Allium has semi-circular flower heads that are open and reveal masses of dark red-purple flowers. The flowers bloom in early summer. Butterflies and bees love the flowers to pollinate! Once established, they will naturalize easily. Alliums are deer resistant and make excellent cut flowers. They grow 32-36 inches tall. Plant them in a sunny location. Hardiness zones 4-9. You will receive 3 bulbs per order.
Planting Instructions: For best flowering, plant in the fall in full or a mostly sunny location. Smaller Allium varieties do best-planted 4-inches deep and larger varieties do best-planted 7-8 inches deep. Plant the bulbs 6-8 inches apart in well-drained soil.
