Coral Daisy Mums
Coral Daisy Chrysanthemum has large semi-double coral-pink flowers with a yellow center. This plant blooms from late summer to fall. This new hardy mum variety will take several years to reach their mature height and form. Mature plants form mammoth mounds 20-36-inches tall and up to 4 feet wide. They are very easy to care for and require no pinching, pruning, or deadheading. They require at least half a day of full sun for best flowering. They are also fragrant, deer resistant and heat tolerant. This variety was developed by the University of Minnesota. Hardiness zones 3-9. You receive (4) 2-inch plugs in your order. Regularly $16.
Planting: This plant does best in full sun to partial shade. It does best in average to evenly moist conditions, but will not tolerate standing water. It is not particular to soil type or pH. It is also a good selection for planting in outdoor pots and containers. When growing plants in outdoor containers and baskets, they may require more frequent waterings when planted in the ground. Complete planting instructions included with your order.
