Echinacea seeds must be cold stratified and will produce blossoms at 120 days when seeded under ideal conditions and harvestable roots at 200 days.

Gaillardia - Gaillardia (Gaillardia aristata) is also named blanket flower due to the blossom color patterning that resembles the blankets of many indigenous American tribes. Numerous species and varieties of this plant are in circulation; our particular offering features brightly colored red and yellow discs. The fast-growing, drought tolerant, and tolerant of poor and varying soil types makes this plant is straightforward to grow and an ideal pioneer plant for establishing wildflower meadows. Plants are perennial and will bloom yearly in a moderate winter climate. 70-80 days from seed to flower. 

Lemon Bee Balm - This plant is the most prolific flower we've grown on our farm, period. Nantes Coreless Carrot - These bright orange carrots will grow in most soils and produces carrots 6-8 inches long.  The carrots are coreless as the name suggests.  They are tender and have excellent flavor. 

Purple Plum Radish - Purple Plum (Raphanus sativus) is a beautiful radish with juicy, crisp roots that are white on the inside with deep purple skin. In all but the hottest weather, the roots hold well. This is pretty incredible, considering how fast they grow from seed.

Organic Borage Seeds

Borage (Borago officinalis) is a Mediterranean shrub that’s easy to grow in a diverse range of soil types and climates. The leaves are edible, although the star-shaped blue-purple flowers are what this plant is known for. The delicate blossoms can be harvested and are commonly eaten fresh or added to salads. Plants reach approximately three feet in diameter when mature. A beneficial insect attractor for all sorts of pollinators both large and small. Will readily reseed at the end of the season.
